Payment Terms

Payment can be made via Klarna, Shopify Payments (including credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or PayPal. We reserve the right to exclude individual payment methods in specific cases.

Shopify Payments (Credit Card, Debit Card & Express Checkout)

Through Shopify Payments, we offer a variety of secure and convenient payment options:

• Credit and Debit Cards: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and American Express. The invoice amount is authorized/reserved on your card upon ordering and only debited when the goods are shipped. For security reasons, a 3D Secure authentication from your bank may be requested during the payment process.
• Express Checkout (Apple Pay / Google Pay / Shop Pay): If supported by your device, you can complete your order quickly and easily with your stored payment details.

Klarna (Invoice, Installment Purchase & Pay Now)

In cooperation with Klarna, we offer flexible payment options. Payment is always made to Klarna:

• Klarna Invoice: You buy conveniently on invoice and only pay once you have received the goods.
• Klarna Pay Now / Bank Transfer: Pay directly after completing your order using your usual online banking details.
• Klarna Installment Purchase / Flexible: Payments at your own pace in flexible or fixed monthly installments.

(Note: The activation of the respective Klarna options depends on a successful identity and credit check by Klarna.)

PayPal

You can pay easily and securely with PayPal. At the end of the ordering process, you will be redirected directly to PayPal:

• Are you already a PayPal customer? Simply log in with your access data and confirm the payment.
• New to PayPal? You can sign in as a guest or open a new account to complete the payment.

Once payment receipt is confirmed, your order (if goods are available) will be processed and shipped immediately. In case of a return, the corresponding amount will be credited back to your PayPal account.

Shipping Conditions

1. Unless otherwise specified in the offer, goods will be delivered within 4 working days of confirmation of receipt at the latest.

2. For purchases made via prepayment, the customer will receive an invoice by email after payment is received. Unless otherwise specified in the offer, goods are usually delivered within 2 working days after this email is sent. In the case of self-pickup, we will send an email within 4 working days when the goods are ready for pickup.
